Chair: Rob Stoneman, Director of Landscape Recovery, The Wildlife Trusts

Panellists

  • Tim Sunderland, Principal Specialist in Economic Innovation, Natural England

There have been some major upheavals in carbon pricing following recent critical comment on avoided loss projects. However, the price of removal credits which reflect ecosystem restoration are continuing to rise and the demand for high quality carbon offsets is increasing.

This panel will examine how validation and verification processes can be developed and refined to support the growth and expansion of ‘high value’ carbon credits and assist certification processes.
