This panel will explore international dimensions of carbon and biodiversity credit funding, looking in particular at aspects of identifying suitable project sites, securing finance, working with local stakeholders and monitoring project outcomes. These will be contextualised with reference to local political, economic and cultural issues which impact upon project design and implementation. The panel will open discussion on how practitioners, the private sector, politicians and researchers can establish strong and durable working relationships to promote further development of carbon and biodiversity credit projects worldwide.
